Michael was the best real estate agent I’ve worked with. I sold a condo back in 2017 and I constantly had to reach out to my agent to find out what’s next. She never called with updates. Michael was the exact opposite. He presented selling the condo as is vs doing some upgrades. We took his advice and did the upgrades. Michael found a great handyman and had everything done within a few days. We never had to call him he was always letting us know what’s next. I hired Micael because i had worked with him previously in a different industry..... so I knew his character and work ethic were both outstanding. There’s no one you can ever hire who is more responsive than Michael Borbet. I don’t think I ever waited more than five minutes for him to reply to a call, text, or email regarding The millions of details involved with the sale of my home. Michael is the consummate professional. We had all the normal challenges in the sale of a higher end property, and let me tell you Michael never hid from any problem! He’ll tell you exactly what he thinks, but will always except your decisions and support them fully. Michael has such a pleasant and easy going personality that it’s easy to think of him as a friend. But I can tell you his advice was spot on and we sold our home at an excellent price and quickly. I would hire Micael again for any Future real estate transactions in my future.
Michael has done an outstanding job in helping me with my real estate transactions, both as my listing agent, as well as my buying agent.
