Michael was the best real estate agent I’ve worked with. I sold a condo back in 2017 and I constantly had to reach out to my agent to find out what’s next. She never called with updates. Michael was the exact opposite. He presented selling the condo as is vs doing some upgrades. We took his advice and did the upgrades. Michael found a great handyman and had everything done within a few days. We never had to call him he was always letting us know what’s next.
